CANCELLATION POLICY:

A $25 Cancellation Fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled prior to 48 hours of scheduled course. Appointments may not be canceled or refunded within 48 hours prior to your scheduled in-person course.


RESCHEDULE POLICY:

A $25 Reschedule Fee will be charged for all appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled course. Appointments may be self-rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the original class date from your confirmation email.


NO SHOW POLICY:

If a registered participant is a no show and absent from their scheduled class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind and is not eligible for a class transfer/ reschedule.


CERTIFICATION POLICY:

Most Certifications take 2-3 business days to receive electronically via email, directly from the American Red Cross. A $15 Fee will be charged if a participant requests a certificate to be issued within 48 hours of registered class.


VISITOR POLICY:

Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training. Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.


NOTE:

Focus Health Co. reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge or a full refund.
