CANCELLATION POLICY:

A $25 Cancellation Fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled. You may only self-cancel your course (via your confirmation email) up to 48 hours of your course. If you must cancel within 48 hours, please contact our main office directly (323)454-2008 or contact@focushealthco.com


RESCHEDULE POLICY:

A $25 Reschedule Fee will be charged for all appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled course. You may only self-reschedule your course (via your confirmation email) up to 48 hours of scheduled in-person course. If you need to reschedule within 48 hours, please contact our main office.


NO SHOW POLICY:

If a registered participant is a no show and absent from their scheduled class, the participant will not receive a refund of any kind. The class may only be rescheduled with the $25 reschedule fee.


CERTIFICATION POLICY:

Most Certifications take 2-3 business days to receive electronically via email, directly from the American Red Cross. A $15 Fee will be charged if a participant requests a certificate to be issued within 48 hours of registered class.


VISITOR POLICY:

Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training. Children are not permitted unless they are registered in the course.


NOTE:

Focus Health Co. reserves the right to cancel classes as needed. In the event a class is canceled, registered participants will be offered a different class at no additional charge or a full refund.
